Saturday: Appointment Only (for both)

Office Policy

 

* Please do not eat while in the waiting room.  

* Please do not wear any perfume during your visit with us.

* Please leave the waiting room in the same or better condition than you found it.

* Please be prepared to submit payment after care is rendered.

* If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

* Effective April 1, 2008, there will be a $20.00 charge for after hour phone calls.
