Dr. Shealy

Monday, Thursday & Friday – 8:00 am to 1:30 pm

Wednesdays – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

(Dr. Shealy is off on Tuesdays.)

Saturday: Appointment Only (for both)

Office Policy

• Please do not eat while in the waiting room.
• Please do not wear any perfume during your visit with us.
• Please leave the waiting room in the same or better condition than you found it.
• Please be prepared to submit payment after care is rendered.
• If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.
• Effective on April 1, 2008, there will be a $20.00 charge for after hour phone calls.
