Ronnie Wilson:

So how many children do you have?

Carrie Sexton:

I have two

Ronnie Wilson:

Okay, and what are their ages?

Carrie Sexton:

Two and Four

Ronnie Wilson:

And for how long have you been coming to see Dr. Bonnett and the folks here at Chapin Pediatrics?

Carrie Sexton:

Since my first child; I was recommended to Dr. Bonnett

Ronnie Wilson:

Do you remember by whom?

Carrie Sexton:

Shannon Wickert Bundrick – she got married!

Ronnie Wilson:

And what kind of things did she tell you when she was telling you about the practice here and the people?

Carrie Sexton:

That he’s great with kids. Everyone that she knew trusted him. And I didn’t know anyone with kids so, for her to recommend him, I felt confident in her.

Ronnie Wilson:

And what has been your experience?

Carrie Sexton:

He’s been great with my kids: he’s very nice, he’s very gentle, my kids love him. They actually like when he comes in – like if I bring in both of my kids – they love when he does the check the heart thing. But I like that he talks to them, tries to make them comfortable, and he always talks to them about if it’s something he has to do that he needs to talk about with the parents. He always makes sure they understand that he can’t do it unless their parents are here. But I just feel like he does a great job with both of my kids. I would say that the team is great, that Dr. Bonnett is great, that he does really well with the kids. He really takes care of them. There’s been times when my kids are sick that they call and check and make sure they’re okay after the fact. They’re just very thorough with everything. If you tell them that something’s wrong, they’re going to make sure that it’s nothing major. And you can feel confident in knowing that Dr. Bonnett and his team are going to take care of your kids. I mean you can walk out of here and know that they are okay. That’s comfort, especially when you’re a parent.
