She started working part time with our clerical staff in March 2019. Here are a few fun facts about Beth for you to enjoy:
Question: Any accomplishments that leave you with a healthy sense of pride?
Answer: I am very prideful of my associates degree in public service. Even though it took me four years to get my two year degree, it’s something I set my mind to and completed. I worked full time and attended Midlands Technical College at night until I finished. It was very long days but the end result was worth it.
Question: Outside of this field, any job you’ve ever worked?
Answer: I was a paralegal for a wonderful law firm in downtown Columbia for fourteen (14) years. I decided to stay home with our youngest son for two (2) years and once he was in school, I decided to go back to work part time.
Question: Hobbies? Enjoyable downtime doings?
Answer: I love crafting! I have a craft room that I hope to get organized really soon because the after Christmas mess is a total disaster. I also enjoy watching my kids play sports.
Question: Kids or siblings – and thoughts or reflections of any of them?
Answer: My husband Lance (married 16 years) and I have two boys, Cullen (age 10) and Carlon (age 7). Also, I am the youngest child of four…I have 3 siblings, 2 sisters and a brother.
Question: TV shows and movies you especially have liked?
Answer: I have to say I have recently started watching a lot more Netflix series…they are all so good! And no commercials, yes please 🙂 Some of my favorites are Sweet Magnolias, Outer Banks, Virgin River, and Bridgerton.
Question: What are some of the things you “Google” for most commonly?
Answer: Amazon!
